YOGA 11:00am-12:00pm:

Join Sasha for a yoga-based stretching and core conditioning class. Using principles of correct alignment within the spine and an emphasis on engagement of core muscles to build strength, this class focuses on grounding and de-stressing. Please bring your own yoga mats if you need the support under your spine. Exercise and dance wear recommended.

MODELING 12:00-2:30pm:

The modeling workshop will consist of a runway section to learn different styles of runway walks, as well as posing for head shots and body shots. Footage will be taken so that participants can see what their walks/poses look like and use that as a reference for future practice. Emphasis is on building self-confidence and body positivity for anyone who is interested in modeling, fashion, and performance for the camera, including (but not limited to) actors, dancers, and singers. This environment is a safe space and participants are encouraged to invite friends who may be interested as well! Please wear fitted black pants/leggings or fitted jeans with a white or black tank or t shirt. Also, models please wear natural make up if you want to wear any at all. And for female identifying people and those who want to practice posing in Runway in heels, bring black, white or nude thin Heels, as opposed to platform shoes. Otherwise wear/bring a nice pair of brown or black dress shoes or neutral color sneakers.
