From the moment of arrival, they’ll be greeted by the warm charm of our lobby—complete with rich wood floors, loft-style stairs, and a stunning barn door and accent wall that set the tone for something truly special.
Take things up a notch in The Flex, a bright, airy space with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light—perfect for photos and those unforgettable moments. Planning something bigger? The Workroom Theater on the lower level offers a spacious blank slate to bring your vision to life, no matter the occasion.
Our friendly staff will help make your event stress-free, working with you ahead of time to coordinate with your favorite vendors—caterers, rental companies, photographers, or planners. On the big day, two on-site staff members will be there to assist with setup, lighting, sound, security, and cleanup so you can focus on enjoying the day!

When you book with 33 Hawley, it’s all yours—exclusive access to the Lobby, Mezzanine, Flex, Workroom, Eli’s Room, and the Green Room/Catering Staging Area for up to 16 hours.
Need even more room? Add Carole’s Dance Studio to your booking for free or reserve the Barn Door Gallery for just a $30/hour staffing fee—the only (optional) extra fee.
Your rental includes access to our full inventory of furniture and equipment, including sound systems in multiple spaces, over 300 chairs and 20 tables, optional tiered seating in The Flex, two projectors, and more!
While we don’t provide high-top tables, glassware, or linens, we’ll gladly help you work with your event planner or rental company to arrange for these items in advance.
All inclusive pricing for 2025 and 2026:
Saturday - $8,000 Friday or Sunday - $6,000
Two consecutive weekend days (Fri/Sat OR Sat/Sun) - $12,000
Monday-Thursday - $5,000
