Have you always wanted to draw but don’t know how to begin? Are you convinced that you can’t be taught? In this class, the fundamentals of drawing will be learned in an atmosphere of encouragement and support. Each week the class will study an element of drawing including line, shape, negative space, value, shadows, blending, edges, composition and perspective, This course is based on the book “Drawing On the Right Side of the Brain” which emphasizes the importance of learning how to see in order to know how to draw. The January 14 session is full, but Paula has agreed to offer a 4-week session from February 18 thru March 18 (except March 11) at 6:30-9:00pm. The fee is $160 plus materials list below.
